(Police/Fire/EMS) patients. A large portion of our staff has served as well.
We fully understand difficulties with fitness and weight requirements
and wish to help you stay within your service organizations guidelines.

If you have an ID card that shows that you are active duty or retired military, Currently working as, or retired from Police/Fire/EMS service or a properly documented dependent of these categories
We offer 20% discount on exam appointment cost.(All program materials, History, Labs, EKG, B-12 shot and exam by one of our board certified physicians)
“Normal” fees would be $200.
New patients that meet this criteria, the exam etc is $160
Restarting patients $140.
